The official day of arrival is June 30th.
Participants have an option to arrive July 1st- July 2nd without missing out on the tours, but on Saturday July 3rd we will start our journey into the wilderness.
It will be possible to join in on the conference and exclude the trips because the conference is unusually long and involves travelling. Hopefully the conference will be a challenge for everyone without being too overwhelming.
